Treatt conducted research on various CRM operating systems in order to choose the best option for their business needs.

Their findings showed that the resulting options were diverse in nature, in terms of both features and cost. To help them make the best choice, we undertook a detailed discovery mapping process, to help Treatt make the best choices to enable them to digitally transform their business:

  • Identified where CRM could add significant benefit to the organisation
  • Establish which CRM would be most suited to the organisation
  • Recommend a roadmap for the implementation of CRM
  • Provide detailed costs associated with the above

The Salesforce Solution

Facilitated remote requirement gathering sessions to understand how Treatt’s business functions.

Worked with Treatt to ensure that we gained access to the right blend of decision-makers and subject matter experts.

Circa 90 man-hours were invested into the workshops themselves to build a rich and detailed understanding of the business, its processes and the supporting technology.

Leveraging the knowledge that Treatt’s teams have to drive out technology recommendations.

Undertook a series of intense workshops at which we could explore the organisation, its key drivers, strategic ambitions, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.

The Results

As a result of the Discovery Mapping Programme, Treatt has been able to:

  • Visualise how a robust and integrated technology platform could be considered a “game-changer”.
  • Develop a technology strategy – the report from the DMP concluded with our recommendation based on features and benefits of a Salesforce platform through data and ownership and benefits by business area.

  • Be confident in adopting Salesforce so that Treatt is positioned not only to achieve a significant digital transformation, but additionally, the investment will continue to be realised in terms of benefits in future years, as Salesforce continues to innovate and bring new features to the core platform.
