Consleague’s Journey to Crest Tier Status During a Global Pandemic
The past year and a half has been beyond difficult for people and businesses around the world. Yet, in the face of constant challenges, Consleague has continued to grow and excel.
During the pandemic, Consleague has enabled more customer success, greater innovation and growth, and championed vital global issues. Recently, this has resulted in Consleague achieving Salesforce’s prestigious Crest Tier status.
In this blog, we’ll take a brief look at how we have achieved Salesforce’s Crest Tier status during a global pandemic.
Salesforce Tiers
Salesforce consulting partners are continually evaluated and tested to ensure they are offering a quality and reliable service. The better the experience you provide, the higher status you will receive. Salesforce chooses to visualise this progress like a journey up a mountain, with the hope that all partners will aim for the summit.
“Consulting Partners will…be evaluated based on the Trailblazer Score metrics and placed in corresponding program levels. Each internal Consulting Program level – Base, Ridge, Crest, Summit – will come with incremental program benefits for partners.”(Salesforce)
This time last year Consleague were at ‘Ridge Tier’, but thanks to the fantastic progress made across all departments, Consleague has now reached ‘Crest Tier’ status.
Reaching Crest Tier Status
There are four pillars to focus on to improve your status as a Salesforce partner: Customer Success, Innovation, Growth and Lead. This year Consleague reached Crest Tier status by excelling in each of the four pillars.
We hit our customer success goals by continually making progress across the broad range of products that we offer. We achieved Navigator I and Navigator II Badges, and reached Expert level in Sales Cloud, through a team-centric approach and a willingness to improve every day.
Consleague aims to be at the cutting-edge of Salesforce consulting and technology. We have continued to build up our credentials during the last year, enabling us to become innovators within the field. Our innovation advancements have been key to us reaching Crest Tier status.
“The entire team, from our developers, analysts, and project leaders, all the way up to our Senior Management board, this has been a giant collaborative effort”, Dan Gwalter, Chief Operating Officer.
Points are awarded based on the Annual Contract Value (ACV) of partner sourced revenue, from new customers or new projects with existing customers.
Salesforce is gradually up-weighting the program points available from Customer Success criteria (CSAT and Navigator) and down-weighting the program points available from Cosell ACV.
This means they are placing more emphasis on customer experience and less on partner sourced revenue. As a service company, our focus has always been centred around our customer experience and the delivery of exceptional service far beyond expectations.
Salesforce partners are encouraged to undertake sustainable and equality-driven practices. Over the last year, we increased our efforts to achieve sustainable development and equality. In part, we have succeeded in this pillar because we have robustly encouraged and supported diversity and inclusion practices throughout the workplace.
Equally, through considerate corporate policies and dedicated volunteering, we have hit our targets for sustainable development, and continue to work towards upholding the UN’s 17 Goals to Transform Our World.
Our activity in each of these fundamental pillars of success indicate how we have continually made incremental progress during the last year and a half.
Regarding Consleague’s recent success, Founder and Managing Director of Consleague, Mohan Elango, noted that he is “incredibly proud of the entire Consleague team for working so hard to reach this Salesforce status, especially during a global pandemic, and with resources having to work remotely. We are dedicated to providing Salesforce consultancy excellence to our clients and are incredibly excited to be growing at such a rapid rate. The next challenge is reaching Summit level, and we are more than ready for it.”
Consleague’s Journey
Against all the odds, our team has come together during a difficult period to achieve success. Consleague has reached Crest Tier status, but that’s not the end.
Beyond the crest is the summit. For Consleague to achieve Summit Tier status, we must continually improve processes and aim to exceed targets. Ultimately, Consleague intends to keep pushing the boundaries of success and will soon be in reach of Summit Tier status.
