Mohan Elango – Founder & Executive Director
Mohan is passionate about using technology to help transform businesses. As founder and director, he has grown a consulting practice to help businesses of various sizes successfully implement Salesforce products by adapting to their individual needs and requirements. As a dedicated team player, Mohan is always willing to put the interests of his team and client first, going above and beyond to deliver excellence at every turn. His experience in building both consulting and product organisations is a reflection of his business acumen, which has set him on the path for an ambitious journey with Consleague. While trying to strike the perfect balance between work and life, he loves playing cricket in the summer and is also an avid foodie.
Daniel Gwalter – Director, Solution & Consulting
Daniel specialises in the creation and delivery of process led strategy to our clients. With a wealth of experience in developing, testing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, he has delivered many successful transformation programmes to our clients. His engagement with clients provides them the confidence and comfort of someone who understands and provides solutions to their business and their challenges. Having over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with rapid progress through to C-Level position in an FTSE100 insurance company, Daniel has helped bring alignment between people, technology, and processes to drive business strategy and transformation. Apart from work, he has a keen interest in horses and can also be considered as a fitness freak.
Naveed Rajput – Advisor, Financial Services
Naveed is part of the advisory board for Consleague’s presence in the Financial Services, Investment, and Wealth Management industries. He is responsible for recommendations for designing and executing market strategy, thought leadership, solution strategy as well as marketing programmes. Naveed specialises in developing solutions for retail and commercial banks as well as credit unions and wealth management firms. With over 15 years of industry experience, Naveed brings a vast array of skills to his clients, having worked with firms such as KPMG, PwC and Capco. He has recently spending most of his personal time to secure his Executive MBA Degree from UK’s top Business School programme.
Deepa Krishnan – Director, Global Operations
Deepa is part of the senior leadership team in Consleague who’s responsible for the translation of the company’s executive strategy to execution at the workplace. Her primary focus is to achieve excellence in people management, service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Deepa comes with a rich background of diverse experiences across geographies and industries and is ardent about elevating start-ups to become well-established global organisations. Away from work, Deepa has a passion for social and development work, volunteering across various non-profits, and involved in the career-shaping of young upcoming graduates who are part of the national programme. She has spearheaded non-profits, been a cultural ambassador of the country on multiple youth exchange programmes, and believes in being a catalyst for social change and transforming the lives of the underprivileged. She would love to pursue a career as a chocolatier after retirement.
Tahneet Afroz – Head of Professional Services
Tahneet is a pioneer in future growth strategy and has been one of the early employees at Consleague. A key driver in Practice Growth, she has been instrumental in guiding and encouraging newer talents joining the workforce to hone their skills. A constant influencer in process improvements and client satisfaction, Tahneet is a well-renowned collaborator within the company and amongst clients too. She is seen as a thought leader and has brought about many improvements in the practice, and has developed a keen interest in implementing business solutions based on Salesforce. An avid cook and foodie, she loves travelling, reading and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
